Our honeybees forage for nectar and pollen from local blossom, wildflowers and herbs to produce this treat! Our Oxford Honey is from the University College apiary, while our West Oxford Honey is from the apiaries in West Oxford, Cumnor Village and Hogacre Common).
Spread it on toast, drizzle it on pancakes, blend with natural yoghurt, or use it as a healthy sugar alternative.
Our honey is only lightly strained, rather than filtered, and is left unheated, to preserve its healthy properties.
