FREE delivery within Oxford for any order over £50*, to postcodes starting OX1, OX2, OX3 or OX4.

£10 delivery within Oxford for any order over £10*, to postcodes as above.

Royal Mail delivery options for delivery to UK and NI (Checkout prices are based on postal charges and packing).

International shipping by arrangement (please email us for a quotation, and include your address).

*The face value of Gift Cards is excluded—only physical items are included.
Options will appear in the Shop Checkout, depending on your preferences, order value and delivery address.

Agreeing a pick-up or delivery time
If you are opting either to pick up your order or for delivery in Oxford, you can request a time-slot at the Checkout, as well as tell us about any special delivery arrangements. Please await our email (separate to your Invoice) confirming your time-slot—just in case we need to agree an alternative time (the published slots show when we are normally available.) We'll do our best to agree a time that suits you!

Order processing and delivery times
When honey is in stock, we can normally process your order within a couple of days (see also Agreeing a pick-up or delivery time) and honey is purchased 'at the gate'. Similarly with beeswax products, and we can make candles etc to order (provided that we have beeswax currently in stock), though it is advisable to ask us about availability.
