For any undamaged goods, simply return them with included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the goods, and we will offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Goods can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) goods are not eligible for return (or a deduction may be made to the full refund) if they have been used, damaged (other than in transit), or tampered with (including the breaking of tamper seals), or if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of your handling the goods more than was necessary. You will receive a refund within 14 days of our receiving the goods back, or of your providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is the sooner. If we offer to collect the goods, we will refund you within 14 days from the date you informed us you wanted to cancel the contract. If the product was sent to you, only the basic level of postage (normally this means second class postage unsigned) will be refunded, and any costs of enhanced postage over and above the basic rate will not be refunded.
